Established in the end of 2014, Fujin Tree Taiwanese Cuisine and Champagne immediately changed the Taiwanese cuisine scene. The main concept is to present authentic Taiwanese Cuisine with French dining experience, bringing in high-end French Champagne and experience into Taiwanese Cuisine to create a modern vibe. July, 2019, we expanded a new service “Bao Xiang”, providing private dining experience next to the original restaurant in order to meet our customers’ demand. We opened a branch in Nihonbashi, Tokyo in September, 2019 and made a great success in the Japanese market.
